COEHR's 2024 Strategic Kickoff: Strengthening Internal Operations and Expanding Partnerships for Environmental Impact

On February 8, 2024, a senior management team of Century Environment and Humanitarian Relief (COEHR) held its first monthly meeting in 2024, which most of the organization's staff were participated: (Dr. Hemn Abdulkhaliq Gaznaye/ President) (Mr. Sherwan Yassin Baban / Vice President), (Dr. Majid Hassan / Logistics Manager), (Dr. Hawar Abdul-Razzaq Siddiq / Director of Program Planning), (M. Rivan Akram / HR manager) and (Eng. Shana Mohsen / Agricultural Entrepreneurship Officer), (Eng. Rebin Pashtiwan Hawezi / IT and Knowledge Officer), (Eng. Talar Dilzar / Communications and Reports Officer) and (Eng. Eman Star / HR officer). The purpose of the meeting was to re-organize the organization's affairs in terms of administration, programs, logistics and communications. Also, to make the COEHR’s workplan for the first season of 2024, and make a comprehensive plan to expand the COEHR’s relationship with local NGOs, international NGOs, and donors. Hence, they were discussed and exchanged scientific ideas about environmental issues and finding the scientific solutions to reduce the damages and improve the environment in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. Finally, the suggestions and comments of all participants were received. We would like to thank all the staff of the organization while they have taken a role voluntarily to improve a healthy environment.
